Our beloved chef serves excellent traditional Mediterranean dishes, with a particular focus on local cuisine from the island of Ischia.
You can't miss out on local products, such as fish or Coniglio all'Ischitana (Ischia-style rabbit), accompanied by excellent local wines produced by Cantine Mazzella, winner of the ‘Best White Wine in Italy at Vinitaly 2017’ award, and Vini D'Ambra, awarded in 2016 by the Italian Sommelier Association.
